Meet Rachel, the owner of Libelle Beech Salon in Lebanon, TN! Rachel is a multi-passionate CEO who considers herself to be a strong headed, little bit sassy, whole lot of kick ass woman! She is passionate about the people she loves and the mission she has been given to empower women who empower other women! She follows advice from her grandfather who told her, "Your team comes first. You take care of them and they will take care of your customers." Rachel hasn’t forgotten her grandfather’s wise advice, and has developed a business centered around serving and teaching others to serve.
When Rachel started in the beauty industry she didn't get lucky with a great boss or leader. It was tough! So, she set out on a mission to empower others in her industry. She empowers her team by providing a healthy, safe, and uplifting culture and environment, excellent pay and benefits, and a leader that actually cares about her people. Her team works a 3.5 day work week because work/life balance is so important to Rachel. Because of this, her team walks in each day ready to serve and work hard for clients and other team members.
