Meet Jessica Johnson, Founder of MYRRH Candle Co.!
As a budding entrepreneur, Jessica is discovering so much about herself and her purpose each day. She is a woman of faith and a multi-passionate relationship builder.
For years, she was a person who would buy candles because they smell good, but she never really thought about what the candle represented or what type of impact it was making in her life or space. As a woman of faith, she wanted to create candles that not only smell phenomenal but also signify purpose, encouragement, and meaning for everyone who uses them.
MYRRH Candle Co. is an eco-luxury candle company that connects faith, restoration, and encouragement with scent for your space. They offer a range of high-quality, handcrafted candles made with natural coco apricot creme wax, toxin-free fragrance oils, and crackling wood wicks in reusable glass vessels.
Jessica believes God's promise to restore is much like the candle-making process—often messy, confusing, and discouraging when things don't work out as planned, but there’s a beautiful representation of why it was all worth it in the end.

MYRRH Candle Co. was created as a tangible representation of God’s favor over our lives, His presence in our sacred spaces, and His direction for our destiny. To put it simply, MYRRH is more than a candle brand— it represents a promise of restoration.
In a difficult season of life, Jessica says God gave her the phrase "may you receive restoration here". She understood that to mean that through the process of leaning into this business, she was going to be restored, but she would also be a beacon of light and restoration for others who also know what it means to struggle towards building confidence, growing in faith, and maintaining hope. As she went to write the phrase down, she realized the phrase spelled out M.Y.R.R.H. (May You Receive Restoration Here). Her hope is that MYRRH Candle Co. sparks encouragement for you to start or stay on your journey of faith & restoration, knowing that God is using every part of your story for your good!
1 Peter 5:10 "And after you have suffered a little while, the God of all grace, who has called you to his eternal glory in Christ, will himself restore, confirm, strengthen, and establish you."
While preparing to launch her business officially, she could hear the words of her late father loud and clear: "Start right, or start over." She knew she wanted to begin her journey with quality images that not only captured the essence of her brand, but that would represent an investment in the potential of her business.
