Meet Katie Richards, the President and CEO of Siloam Health. Katie grew up in Kentucky and moved to Nashville in 2007. She lives in Woodbine with her 90lb boxer-mastiff dog, Sam. She is active in my church, Fellowship Nashville and loves spending time with friends. She is a season ticket holder for NSC and is slowly learning the rules of soccer and how much fun it is! She loves the food scene in Nashville and she’s always up for trying new restaurants.
Siloam Health is a comprehensive, whole-person healthcare organization that combines medical care, community health, and student education to serve thousands of uninsured, underserved, and culturally marginalized individuals from all over the world. With patients who hail from over 80 homelands and speak more than 50 languages, Siloam Health has been a trusted partner for the immigrant communities in Nashville for more than 30 years and continues to empower neighbors from all nations to lead physically, emotionally, and spiritually healthy lives.
Katie deeply believes in the mission of Siloam Health. Siloam serves a vulnerable and important population in our city - uninsured immigrants and refugees. Becoming the CEO of Siloam aligns with her gifting as a leader and the convictions she has from her faith to care for the marginalized with the love of Christ.
Katie knew it was time for new photos because she was at an inflection point in her career. After several months of interviewing, she knew she would either be offered the President and CEO role or need to look for a new job. To get ahead of the former option she reached out to JMP and thankfully ended up using her photos for press releases announcing she got the job
